Established for over 100 years, my client is a prominent Food business responsible for manufacturing a range of iconic Australian products. Collaborating with the major retailers to develop innovative products, this manufacturer is experiencing growth in diverse areas of the market across both their branded and private label ranges.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join their Brisbane based site. This role will be focused on strategic partner management and development, predominantly with the top 4 national retailers. You will also be responsible for giving presentations and education session with key stakeholders, combined with Product launches and campaigns. The role will also involve an analytic element including analysing and reporting on key Retail accounts. Due to the culture within this privately owned business your role will be a pivotal position within the team, encompassing Sales and Marketing strategy.
This role will be almost 100% Account Management as the company has long-standing relationships with all of the key retailers in the market. You will have extensive stakeholder management skills and a solid track record in the management of large retail accounts. Ideally, you will be an Account Manager within a Food Manufacturing/ Distribution company. Applicants from an FMCG company will also potentially be considered dependant on the product and relationship management that they can demonstrate. Key capabilities will also include strong business to business experience, polished interpersonal skills, an ability to build rapport quickly and be self driven.
