This market-leading organisation is a key supplier to the Canberra and surrounding region. As a progressive and dynamic organisation, they require and experience finance manager to take responsibility for the day to day financial management as well as providing strategic and tactical advice to the Executive.



Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the budget; the provision of monthly financial performance reporting; management of the company's financial systems, policies, procedures and internal controls; preparation of the annual financial statements; and cash flow management.



You will also build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with the financial regulations and legislation.



You must be either CA/CPA qualified and have extensive experience in financial and commercial management within an industrial, manufacturing, utilities or service delivery environment. You will also have demonstrated experience in strategic planning and leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team.



Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills as well as highly developed analytical abilities are also essential for your success.
