Hays Oil & Gas are currently looking to recruit a petrophysicist to be based in Singapore.



Our client is a world leader in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. They are unique in offering a comprehensive range of technical services, consultancy and multi-client geological products for the exploration and appraisal market. Their deep expertise extends to integrated geological & geophysical interpretation, reservoir engineering and petroleum economics.



For their APAC regional hub office in Singapore they are currently looking to hire a petrophysicist to further strengthen their team.



As a petrophysicist you are responsible for the running of petrophysical projects from start to finish. You will make sure you deliver these projects on time, within budget and according to the QC requirements and technical specifications.



Also you will be expected to prepare and present data interpretation and reports to clients either individually or as part of the larger project team. This requires excellent report writing and presentation skills.



To be successful in this position you have approximately 3 years of experience within the oil & gas industry and completed an MSc or PhD in Geo-science, Petrophysics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or other equivalent degrees in a related field. Furthermore you have good knowledge of PowerLog, PetroWorks, JLog, PetroLog or other Petrophysical software.
