Purpose of Role

Partnering with the regional Commercia team this position is responsible for:

* Serving as the primary point of contact for the ASIA & EMEA Commercial leadership team including all supporting functions (Finance, Supply, HR and Legal) in understanding the strategic objectives and priorities of the ASIA & EMEA businessesand formulating a vision for how the IT team can support realization of organisational objectives.

* Overseeing development of business solutions and delivery of strategic and tactical projects

* Working jointly with ASIA & EMEAmanagement to build business cases for investments in technology and helping to facilitate review and approval of IT capital investments

* Leading the delivery of complete and sustainable solutions, including relevant change management, applications, process changes, documentation, reporting and training

* Leading a group of Senior IT Managers and serving as part of the global IT Leadership Team

* Taking responsibility for managing own cost centre financials (and associated Opex budget) and contributing to the management IT Capital and global IT Opex budgets

* Collaborating with other IT functions to ensure consistency of approach and application of global IT standards



Experience:



* At least 5 years proven senior management experience in an IT or operational function

* Strong information technology industry knowledge and at least 10 years demonstrated experience in leading teams to apply information technology as an enabler to delivering business improvement objectives

* Experience in developing working relationships with executive and senior management for a similarly sized organisation

* Experience with project management and systems design/development from business requirements analysis to implementation and benefits realization.

* Strong intellectual capacity, communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

* Experience in Wine, Supply Chain, FMCG/CPG or Manufacturing industry highly desired

* Experience in developing strategic roadmaps that align with organisational goals

* Proven people leadership and development skills and experience

* Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
