Our client, a well established SME within the professional services sector, is currently undergoing a period of strong business growth with the organisation set to increase headcount by 50% in the next 12 months. This development has necessitated the need to employ a permanent Human Resources Advisor on to the team in what is a 'Greenfield' HR position.



This is a standalone HR role and as such the successful individual will be responsible for offering a broad level of support to the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be guiding the business in end to end recruitment of white collar employees, development and implementation of HR policies, performance and disciplinary management. You will play a major part in supporting the organisation through the provision of operational and strategic HR services, working with key leaders to promote a performance driven culture that will lead to continued future growth.



It is essential that you have experience at HR Advisor level working within a professional services sector. You will have worked within a performance driven culture and be able to demonstrate strong experience in advising and supporting a leadership team in all generalist HR areas. Tertiary qualifications in HR or an associated discipline are essential (Degree or Cert IV), as is strong vocational experience with local legislation.
