My client is going through a period of exciting growth and is looking for a true beverage industry expert to join their team and drive commercial success within the impulse channel.
Manufacturing their own products and 100% Australian-owned, they have a proud history within the domestic grocery beverage market and now seek to secure the same success within the impulse space. This success will be driven by a new range of in-vogue products that are proving very popular with consumers.
Reporting direct to the Channel GM, the ideal candidate will possess a proven history within beverage sales management, driving sales revenues, impulse channel expertise and a proven history of leading direct reports to exceed sales/performance KPI's. You will be able to demonstrate not only strategic thinking to drive this channel forward, but also a proven business acumen and passion for sales.
This is a newly created role and will be a high profile opportunity within the business. Progression is there to a national role within 12 months for the right candidate. It is the ideal opportunity for somebody who is bored of being a number at their current employer and wants to genuinely impact upon this market leaders bottom line.
