This dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced HR generalist for an immediate start. Reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager you will be required to assist the HR team with payroll, any staff claims, new employee onboarding, performance management, enterprise Agreement requirements and providing assistance on managing staff.



Working within a close knit human resources team, you will need to possess a high attention to detail, professionalism, confidence and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment, and will be responsible for providing advice on all HR elements including IR, ER and EB agreements.



To be successful in the role you will have a formal HR qualification, understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and enterprise agreements, extensive demonstrated experience gained within a similar environment and in return you will enjoy partnering with the business to help them achieve their commercial goals.
