Our client is a southern developer and builder who have successfully entered the Brisbane market with the commencement of two large residential projects in Brisbane. Due to a need to build the capability of the Brisbane team they are now looking for a Site Engineer to commence on one these prestigious projects.



This company has commenced construction of a $30 million dollar high density residential unit complex, with ocean facing aspects that have already sold 90% of the stock in the pre sales. Due to the success of this initial project they have recently started ground works on a second unit complex in a similar location.



Due to this rapid expansion in the Brisbane area they are now looking to build their capabilities with a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will be commencing on site as soon as possible, with the support of 2 experienced Site Managers, a Contracts Administrator and a very capable Project Manager who has been working in the Brisbane market for over 20 years.



To be successful in your application you will have a minimum of 3 years Site Engineering experience on a residential or commercial high density project. You will hold a relevant construction tertiary qualification. You will have strong communication skills and be experienced in liaising with subcontractors and dealing with issues head on. You will be technically strong with a good understanding of the interpretation of the design as well as overseeing the build.



Your duties will include Interpreting drawings, layout plans and specifications and liaising constantly with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the project progression. You will also be responsible for Preparing, monitoring and updating production plans and materials; it will also have a major hand in the management of the project as a whole.
