Our client is a leading Education training provider, delivering students education in all ages all over the world. Due to their rapid expansion and recent organization strategies, they are currently looking to recruit a Director in Beijing who will act as Leader in covering all Sales, P&L and Operational aspects of the school management. Each school offers services to thousands students all around the year.



As the School Director, your main responsibilities are to work closely with regional and national teams to ensure consistent product and service delivery aiming for good quality standard, while achieving monthly business targets. You will also be responsible for Staff development, customer service and SOPs You will run the centre as a small company with P&L responsibilities as if it were your own. You will be expected to recruit, develop and retain Sales, Marketing, Operational and Administrative staffs, including deliver consistent financial results. Your team can range from 30 to 50 above staffs.



To be a qualified professional for this position, you will have at least 6 years work experience in leading large sales team to achieve sales target. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated attitude. Experience from service-oriented sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Retail, Logistic, Hotel Hospitality, IT, Airlines are very well suited. Open for passport holders with Native mandarin speaking skills.
