This Global Leader in the FMCG industry is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As Sales Administrator, you will assist the team in achieving budgets and meeting targets.
The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, combining Coordination, Administration and Analyst duties. Your key duty will be the analysis of sales data and preparation of presentations of these findings to the team. However, you will also be required to provide general administrative support through the coordination of team meetings, taking minutes and compiling agendas. The organisation also holds an annual sales conference that you will be responsible for arranging.
In order to be successful in this role you will demonstrate a high proficiency in excel, able to create v-lookups and pivot tables. The team is a very sales-oriented culture so you will fit in with this dynamic, being someone motivated to achieve KPI's. The role may occasionally require interstate travel, so you will be a flexible individual able to commit to this.
Whilst originally based in the CBD, the organisation will be going through an office relocation to Western Sydney in early 2016. Upon the relocation, offices will not be easily accessible by public transport, however, on-site parking will be available for all staff. They are seeking someone able to commit long term to the business so you will be comfortable with this relocation and happy to travel outside of the CBD for work.
