An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Recruitment to join this high growth, global Insurance and Management Consultancy business based in the heart of London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain high level experience, senior stakeholder exposure and fast career progression within a close knit and sociable team.



This is a global Insurance and Consultancy business with a wide range of revenue streams. They have grown significantly over the past 3 years. This business really is an industry leader with cutting edge technology meaning they have grown ahead of their competition. The London Head Office hosts all the business support functions and with people and excellent customer service their top priorities, the HR and Recruitment function is seen as crucial to the business’ future development plans.



Managing a team of 3, as Head Recruiter you will be responsible for delivering end to end cost effective recruitment solutions, across the Head Office. This position offers the opportunity to build on existing recruitment skills to become a true partner to the business; advising on market trends, competitor benchmarking and strategic resourcing.



The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with previous recruitment experience gained within an in-house Consultancy or Insurance environment. The culture is energetic and fast paced and the ideal candidate will enjoy this environment and the benefits this brings, and possess a strong work ethic to enable them to thrive here. In return the varied experience, training and high level exposure will allow for fast track career progression. Candidates should be comfortable dealing with stakeholders within the business at all levels and have excellent communication skills and organisational ability. Management experience is preferred.
