Lync Administrator Professionals

We are currently looking for professionals with 2-4 years of experience and who can fulfill the following criteria:

 

- Must have very good experience in Lync 2010 and Exchange 2010 Messaging, Lync 2013 & Exchange 2013 is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Infrastructure .         

- Expertise in Enterprise Voice (SIP, Media Gateways, VoIP, H.323, MGCP, PBX, QoS)  and Windows Server 2003/2008 R2/(2012 is a plus) .         

- Should have good knowledge working on Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.                    

- Candidate should have prior experience in installing, engineering/scoping, configuring and maintaining Lync Server, Microsoft Exchange, Enterprise Voice and Windows Server environments.          

- Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, voice policies, trunking, routing, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, load balancers, etc.         

- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Outlook Web App (OWA) and Exchange ActiveSync (EAS).
