Pre-Sales Support
• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales force and solution architects.
• Identify characteristic s of product’s technical architecture and provide solution sales input during pre-sales process.
• Draw upon industry and competitive knowledge and experience to advise partners/clients of our positioning.
• Assist sales/partners to define client needs, translate client needs into requirements, and provide technical assistance to proposal development including designing and providing validated configurations utilizing prescribed tools.
Sales Support
• Recommend solutions based on capabilities and limitations of company offerings, product dependencies, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
• Use competitive knowledge and experience to advise of our positioning.
• Provide guidance and direction in understanding and analyzing benchmark requirements and results.
• Technical Recognition and Leadership
• Works independently on projects.
• Is recognized as an authority for specific area(s) of expertise.
• Management and Customer Interfaces
• Represents the organization as a prime technical contact to internal teammates and clients on projects.
• Interacts with senior internal and client personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinative activities across organizational/functional lines.
Communication
• Effectively communicates with peers and management across the organization, partners and clients.
