Customer Service Administrator
Due to an increase in workload, an opportunity is available for a customer service specialist to join a leading financial organisation on a full time contract.
Your primary role will be to provide impeccable customer service to key customers. You will be entering, processing and tracking customer orders through the company's in-house systems, handling customer queries and complaints, assisting in administrative duties, and liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
To be successful for this position you will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing customer expectations.
