A globally-renowned consumer products company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its growing human resources team.



This company is always selected as one of the Fortune's 100 best companies to work for. HR plays a key role in delivering appropriate and effective advice so the business consistently exceeds targets and eventually makes this world a better place to live in. The HR team consists of highly-talented professionals with expertise and insights in the field. This HR Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR advice, while supported by the central HR department on compensation, recruiting and training.



An ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years' experience in generalist HR, business partnering, or a wide coverage of HR areas. Someone who has solid experience in labor management and labor laws would be suitable. If this person also has HR planning experience it would be a big plus. We are seeking for native Japanese speakers with business-level or fluent English. This person should be open-minded, flexible, and ambitious to travel his/her career.
