As C&B Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of a range of operational and strategic HR processes. This includes leading the payroll and social insurance process, employee records management, performance management program, compensation planning, and employee/industrial relations.



We are seeking a candidate with excellent C&B knowledge, including hands-on payroll experience. You will have expert knowledge of Japanese labour laws and regulations, and business fluency in both Japanese and English. Experience with SAP and also with union negotiations will be an advantage.
