Experienced business analyst required for major financial institution for initial 6 month role based in Edinburgh. Will have strong IVR/ telephony experience working with suppliers to oversee configuration and management of telephony systems, call routing set up, CTI/ IVR functionality etc. Will be used to working on large scale projects determining effective solutions. Role is to start asap.
