JOB SUMMARY



The Channel Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating and tracking initiatives within the marketing department.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related area (A viable combination of education and experience will be considered


• Must be proficient with the MS Office package


• Must have exceptional verbal and written skills


• Must be able to work in afast-paced environment


• Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization

Responsibilities



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process all requests for Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-Op funding for the Americas region


• Gather and compile additional information as needed to support evaluation of these requests


• Secure proper approvals and issue PO numbers to partners


• Track marketing-related data including, but not limited to, leads delivered, events completed, agreements fulfilled, etc. and request associated Accounting reimbursement


• Work with colleagues to ensure appropriate follow up is completed including but not limited to, e-cards sent, loading information into Salesforce, etc.


• Track data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of events and activities; evaluate short and long term campaign ROI and supply marketing, sales, and executive team with results.


• Assist with event logistics for the Americas region

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager for Distribution
