Experience working in a `Big 4` or mid tier firm is crucial as is an entrepreneurial outlook, an analytical background and excellent presentation skills. This unique opportunity will help you develop a career within Corporate Finance. You will be involved in raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers, listings and floatation's. Key responsibilities will include carrying out research, building and maintaining good relationships with client, legal advisors and lenders.
