HP is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to successfully build and maintain integrations HP is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to successfully build and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external applications. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle maintenance of the Workday Integrations from concept through design, development, deployment and support leveraging Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connector, Payroll Interface, BIRT, and Workday Studio.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and enhance the existing inbound and outbound integration between Workday (HCM) System and downstream like payroll, benefits, talent management etc.


• Work with domain/business users to provide successful, reliable integrations between Workday and peripheral systems


• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues


• Partner with internal customers and external vendors for any ad-hoc requests or for troubleshooting issues


• Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design


• Able to learn new systems and technologies to effectively design end to end solutions

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree specializing in Computer Science or Information Technology with good academic results.


• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ IT experience, 1 year Workday experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Willing to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.


• Workday custom integration tool experience (Custom Report, Calculated Field, EIB, Document Transformation, Core Connector, Payroll Interface, BIRT, Workday Studio)


• XML, XSLT integration technologies experience is a MUST


• Web Services APIs integration technologies experience preferred


• Must have understanding of functionality within Workday


• Production support experience in any of the Human Resource applications


• Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects and issues
