Description :

• Manages and oversees the delivery of specific facilities services at a site or cluster of sites.


• Interfaces with local business management to address complex operational or tactical issues, implementing solutions at the site or area level.


• Monitors and/or measures service providers' performance and verifies service levels have been met; provides input to service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services.


• Applies strong subject matter expertise or technical expertise to address issues not covered by service providers.


• Responsible for limited line items of a site budget, such as utilities, or technical maintenance.


• Acts as a point of contact to escalate or address local governmental agencies and local associations.


• Ensures site delivery costs are in line with set budget and implements cost saving programs.

Qualifications

Education

• First level university degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) or equivalent experience.

Experience Required

• 5 years of hands on Global Real estate (GRE) experience required.

• 1-5 years of hands on experience working on electrical power systems design like, HT/LT switchgears, UPS or Data center.

• 1-5 years of experience managing outsource vendors and review their performance against set expectations in contracts (KPIs)

• 1-5 years of basis knowledge of financials.( Good to have)

• Should be able to accomplish fairly simple projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong relationships attributes working with Mid-Level or Senior Level management.

• Good communication, attitude and presentation skills required.

• Open to Fresh Graduates from a Electrical and Electronics Engineering
