We are looking to recruit for another 6-9 month contract role working in Project Finance for a leading manufacturing client located near Warrnambool. This is a rare opportunity to work for a ASX listed global business with an excellent reputation in the market. The role will report into the commercial finance controller and will involve lots of liaison with the management accountant and commercial teams.



The role will be project focused, with specific deliverables and KPIS's. This is not a standard monthly reporting role! Your key tasks will incorporate; Manufacturing accounting; Commercial analysis; Process review, mapping and documentation and implementing new processes and procedures. You will also perform reconciliations and investigate results and use your excellent Excel skills to build new models and consolidate/ simplify existing models.



To perform well in this role you will possess the following key skills:-

My client, a leader in the logistics space is looking to recruit an experienced and professional logistics analyst. In this highly visual role you will engage with multiple stakeholders and work with Operations, Sales and Marketing and Finance. In this role you will assist in mapping processes for supply chain solutions, calculate costs and margins and analyse data. You will work with supply chain engineers to provide the financial information for successful bids and tenders. A key part of this role will be your relationship with sales and marketing as you will be required to conduct ad hoc analysis to provide essential information for large, complex supply chain tenders. You will need to effectively cost processes and work with price models. You will need to interpret data, check the feasibility of projects and engage effectively with finance and non finance teams.



Experience in transport and within a 3PL environment is essential



Essential requirements

-Extensive experience in logistics

-Experience in bids and tenders

-Analysis skills

-Ability to cost processes

-Experience in supply chain

-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
