A city fringe based organisation is embarking on a HR and Payroll system implementation project. This has created an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the system selection and implementation.
This position will involve solution identification and vendor selection, communicating with key stakeholders at multiple levels in the organisation and driving key aspects of the project to ensure that project deadlines are achieved. You will also be tasked with bringing together and managing the project team, managing the project schedule, developing an operational management framework, recommending process/ system improvements and assisting with change management.
To be successful in this position you must demonstrate advanced project management skills, strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience of vendor engagement through tendering and RFQ processes. You will also have skills in business analysis, change management and team leadership. Previous HR and Payroll system implementation experience would be highly advantageous.
This exciting opportunity is offered as a 9-12 month contract, with an immediate start available.
