Working on a diverse range of residential projects, ranging from medium density townhouse developments to award winning project homes, this ever present residential design and construct builder is seeking the services of an experienced Production Estimator to join their market leading team.



Becoming a part of a talented estimating group, you will be required to undertake all production estimating duties, including but not limited to producing quantity take-offs, producing purchase orders and liaising with site staff to mention a few.



In order to be suitable for this role you will ideally possess a trade background in carpentry, have 2-3 years estimating experience within a residential construction organisation and ideally be competent with estimating software such as Databuild.
