This growing boutique firm has an exceptional opportunity for a career orientated, experienced senior accountant to join their professional team. This is a highly regarded and well established 2 partner firm located on St Kilda Rd.



Reporting to the partners you will take a lead role in client management to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the firm. You will be responsible for all aspects of business services and the mentorship and guidance of junior staff including workflow management and review.



Having at least 6 years experience in business services, with the last 2-3 in a senior accountant capacity you will be looking for a long term career move. Technically strong you will be ambitious, but willing to put in the ground work to succeed and progress. You will be CA/CPA qualified with previous experience mentoring staff and dealing directly with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain the support and leadership to achieve your long term career goals.
