My client is looking to recruit a newly qualified ACA / ACCA to join its Audit team in Bristol. Your role will be audit and advisory based and include managing teams and assisting with ad hoc projects. This firm has developed audit processes that offer more added value and interest, for both the client and their staff.
To be considered for this new role you must be a newly qualified ACA / ACCA and currently be working in a UK based practice. Ideally you will be working for a Top 20 firm or you could be working in a small firm having worked on 3 or 4 audits of over £10M turnover per year.
This well known practice will be able to offer you a varied and interested role where you can develop your auditing skills and also be groomed to manager grade in a short space of time with excellent progression there on in to become Director and Partner.

You will be responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting forecasting and analysis for a number of sites and will work closely with operational management to enable them to fully understand the numbers and the implications of these. You will partner with operational managers to provide insight and guidance for their businesses and will support them to fully understand their cost base, improve efficiencies and identify areas of opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, with experience of management reporting and analysis and will be able to demonstrate the ability to support, challenge and influence operational teams. You will have strong presentation skills and experience of working within manufacturing, logistics or FMCG would be advantageous but is not a pre requisite.
