New opportunity for a qualified Facilities Co-ordinator, with a minimum of 4 years on site experience, to join a leading Facilities Management organisation in Dublin.



The successful candidate will support the Facilities Lead and take responsibility for the operational coordination of delivering hard/soft services on their client's site, (both direct and indirect teams), conduct regular inspections, financial administration, quality and safety management and support the Facilities Management team in delivering both hard/soft services.



Minimum requirements to be considered:

- A minimum of 4 years industry experience (knowledge of M&S system is preferred)

- Preferably holding professional membership to recognised body e.g IPFMA etc

- Possess a working knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire Regulations, Air-conditioning, issuing permit to work and BMS is essential

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong IT skills

- Courteous with a strong Customer focus, along with the ability to work on their own initiative

My client, a rapidly expanding and diversifying Insurance business, are looking to recruit a Part Qualified Accountant with an impressive academic background.



The ideal candidate will have worked for an Insurance, Financial Services or Professional Services business, will have 18 months experience covering monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, variances and some aspects of business partnering. Candidates will need to be part qualified in either ACCA or CIMA.



The role will entail:



Assisting in the production of the monthly board pack

Monthly reporting

Dealing with queries from the junior member of the finance team

Ownership of relationships with key external stakeholders (Banks, Auditors etc)



Candidates on short-notice would be highly desirable.
