This leading IT Services Company are currently seeking a highly technical support specialist to join their Brisbane HQ. Supporting a multinational client base, with a HQ based in Silicon Valley, this organisation is looking for a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a great attention to detail.
Integrating elements of web-programming, development and support, this position will be highly suited to an individual that has a good interest in all things IT and graphic design! Supporting propriety systems and in-house applications, you will be responsible for logging requests for support and ensuring the resolution of all issues. You will be handling incoming telephone, email and ticketed requests for support and therefore must be highly familiar with all general IT infrastructure (hardware, SQL databases, operating systems and LAN and WAN networks). From a development point of view, you will have an understanding of web-programming languages such as html, .Net and ASP.
As a digital services company, you must have experience in Adobe programs and a vested interest in graphic design. Your experience with pre-press software, including Adobe InDesign, will be absolutely essential to your success in this position, as will your experience working with SalesForce or a similar IT ticketing program.
