Reporting to the Project Director your overall objective is to facilitate the approvals of the land titles for each stage and ensure they settle on time, in accordance with planned timeframes. You will be able to utilise your creative knowledge and passion for urban design and imbed these principles into projects that are changing the way we live. Your deep understanding of urban design principles and planning processes combined with your experience managing projects through the Development Assessment Commission, Local Government and Statutory Authorities will provide you with the platform for success.
This position calls for a highly experienced planning or engineering project manager who has facilitated large land divisions through the approval process of major projects. You will be able to draw on your experience leading multidisciplinary teams to overcome a range of development issues to meet project milestones.
