Regional Supply Chain Manager

I am recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager for a leading construction, services and property group specialising in building and civil engineering, support services, commercial property development, structured property financing and private and affordable housing.



This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies which ensure that the company and its strategic suppliers and sub-contractors gain competitive advantage within the market place. These are key roles to develop and manage the interface between Group Procurement and Regional Purchasing Management to maintain compliance with the supply strategy, purchasing agreements, frameworks, specification and procedures, whilst providing support on all supply chain matters.



You will have significant and demonstrable procurement experience of both materials and sub-contractors, along with experience of successful supply chain delivery in a similar role, ideally within a large construction group, civil engineering or utilities organisation.



Experience of negotiating and managing Group framework agreements with suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors is essential with proven experience of delivering significant cost savings through vendor negotiations.



Experience of working within and across a business - strong matrix-working and excellent stakeholder management skills are key.



You will be a highly motivated self starter who enjoys a challenge, with excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

Highly motivated with dedicated strong work ethic and be IT literate with experience in ledger systems.

The Role:
The Test Automation Lead will join an existing manual testing team and will be tasked with managing the overall test automation effort. The Test Automation Lead will have full autonomy for defining and building the companies' test automation strategy. All we ask of you is that you build an awesome test automation framework, a dedicated skilled team and improve the companies Continuous Integration and BDD delivery function.



You will have:
- Experience in a similar position

- Have worked within an Agile, BDD and TDD delivery model

- Built test automation frameworks in OO Java

- Experience of implementing testing tools that are used by others

- Front to back end technology experience including HTML and SQL

- Team Lead experience

- Be highly motivated, meticulous and influential
