The Company:
My client is an established Sports and Financial Betting company based in the square mile of London. They currently employee 100 IT Consultants covering Development, Project Management, IT Support, Databases and Testing. With a strong hold on the Sports and Financial Betting market they supplier their price matching software to most of the big players in the market.



The Role:
The Test Automation Lead will join an existing manual testing team and will be tasked with managing the overall test automation effort. The Test Automation Lead will have full autonomy for defining and building the companies' test automation strategy. All we ask of you is that you build an awesome test automation framework, a dedicated skilled team and improve the companies Continuous Integration and BDD delivery function.



You will have:
- Experience in a similar position

- Have worked within an Agile, BDD and TDD delivery model

- Built test automation frameworks in OO Java

- Experience of implementing testing tools that are used by others

- Front to back end technology experience including HTML and SQL

- Team Lead experience

- Be highly motivated, meticulous and influential



Package:
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic

- Share Scheme

- Large Bonus

- 24 days holiday
