Hays Senior Finance is currently recruiting on behalf of a medium sized business with offices in Swindon. The company require an ambitious Qualified Accountant for this role of Finance Manager



Working alongside Sales and Operations this role will provide the pivotal support to the business from a finance perspective. Duties include Management Accounting, Reporting and Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting and some involvement in the Statutory Accounting. Staff management responsibility.



The successful candidate will be qualified and looking to take the next step in their career, strong Excel skills and communication skills are essential
