Our client is China based Asset Management. Due to the expansion of business, they are now looking to hire a driven Investment Analyst to join their growing global investment team.



As a qualified applicant, you will focus on building and maintaining investment models and project databases including cash flow and deal flow. You will also collect and prepare research materials, such as demand/supply analysis on a macro level, land searches, company searches, transaction comparable, and building plans as well as analyse key investment opportunities.



As a successful candidate you will have at least 2-3 year of professional experience in investment banking or private equity. You will have a good understanding of proficient financial modelling skills and experience in principle investment deals. Strong organisational, numeric and communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Chinese is a must. Big 4 candidates are welcome to apply.
