An exciting opportunity has become available for 2 experienced Bid Writers to join a very dynamic client of ours in the facilities management area who are currently in the processing of bidding for 2 exceptionally large tenders.



These assignments are initially for a minimum of 3 months and there is a very strong possibility that this will be extended further due to our client having a pipeline of several other new bids coming up.



The Bid Writer is responsible for the production of documents that support business development activities, including client proposals, expressions of interest (EOI's), and bids/tenders submissions. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistency with the corporate style guide, in accordance with the current processes and procedures so that all tenders and bids are presented to the highly possible standard in line with corporate brand integrity to ensure that all documentations is of the highest professional standard and technically correct. The position is also responsible for producing marketing communication materials including sales collateral e.g. brochures, presentations, capability statements and case studies.



Key Responsibilities include supporting the Business Development Executive in managing the development of the bid, uploading client request documents onto the hard drive in accordance with the bid project, assisting with developing procedures, participating in the Start-up Workshop for each business development opportunity whilst developing creative concepts for covers and dividers and/or engagement of external agency where necessary.



Additionally you will develop document structures / contents in line with client specifications and the requirements, collate and write document content, where necessary, ensures that all bid contributors have been fully briefed and are well informed on the submissions required and the contribution deadlines and receive, compile and present information received from contributors into the required format and structure. You will also convert data and reports into meaningful information which supports the bid or presentation, proof read the content produced to ensure it is compliant, fit for purpose and error free. Also you will submit proposals to clients by hard and/or soft copy on time and in line with client specifications whilst maintaining all necessary documents and submissions on the relevant sections of the hard drive. The hourly rate of pay is from $40ph-$50ph + super.

This role will see you taking responsibility for the occupational therapy and physiotherapy requirements for the mine site. Qualifications in this field are essential as well as experience of the assessment and treatment of individuals subject to a trades environment. An extensive background in clinical assessment & management, clinical practice, individual health care, as well as the evaluation and implementation of occupational therapy and physiotherapy throughout a large health service/organisation is crucial to your success in this role. Only candidates who are currently a registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist and those who are available to start work immediately will be considered for the role.



This role will allow you to utilise your expertise whilst working in a rural mine site. You will be provided with accommodation and transport to the Queensland location, and paid circa $500 per day. This is a three-four month placement with an immediate start.
