Enterprise Group Marketing Leader - SEA

HP's Enterprise Group is looking for a strong and experienced professional who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and programs to shape and influence external positioning and reputation, drive demand, market share and revenue expansion in the dynamic and high growth region of SEATH.
The EG SEATH Marketing Leader is a critical member of the Enterprise Group SEATH leadership team. The role will report directly to the Regional Vice President for Marketing for the Enterprise Group and dotted line into the VP and GM for SEATH. The EG SEATH Marketing Leader will drive marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives to drive demand and preference across the EG portfolio (Servers, Storage, Networking, Converged Systems and Converged infrastructure and Technology Services and Technology Consulting Services) and across all GTM segments (Global Accounts, Commercial and Public sector and SMB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive demand to meet pipeline, revenue, market share, margin and geo expansion goals for EG in SEATH
- Accountable for the marketing performance and results against allocated budget
- KPIs include marketing pipeline and revenue contribution targets, lead acceptance %, performance by campaign and return on marketing investment
- Differentiate HP EG’s products and solutions in the market
- Play a strong role in driving pan-HP events and C-level activities and influencer programs in conjunction with other business groups, PR/AR, events and regional/WW teams
- Grow the SMB market in conjunction with the indirect team and channel marketing team
- Deliver efficiency across the marketing portfolio
- Drive marketing excellence, innovate and update operations
- Develop a world class modern, dynamic marketing organization
- Drive breakthrough digital marketing customer experiences
- Provide ongoing thought-leadership across all aspects of marketing, including user experience, online commerce, social media and mobile
- Extensive stakeholder management across Business Units and GTM groups, regional and WW teams
- Structure and equip the team for success. Team management, development and coaching.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years IT industry (preferably infrastructure) marketing experience
Proven track record in delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights and financial models leading to business success in a multinational corporation. - Proven expertise in leading regional and country teams and multi-tasking - serving multiple businesses and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn the business teams’ confidence quickly.
- Strong presentation and effective communication and influencing skills
- Strong reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology or combination of both, MBA or Masters degree a plus.
