EXPERT ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Canterbury & West Coast, New Zealand, NZ - Construction
- Permanent position, experience in NZ mandatory
- Produce technical drawings BUT enhance your design skills
- $50K - $80K according to experience
Our client is growing house building company, going from strength to strength and enhancing their reputation in the Christchurch market. A solid workflow and constant increase in their workload has seen the need for bringing in a new member for their design team. Therefore, if you are an Architectural Technician or an Architectural Designer, this might be the opportunity you were waiting for.
If you are an Architectural designer, you have residential experience, and LBP will be greatly regarded. If you are an Architectural Technician, you are interested in the design side of things and in enhancing your skills. You will be in charge of liaising with clients, and designing their homes. You will ensure the high quality of your technical drawings, and will be able to liaise with the construction team to ensure the perfect completion of your project. You are technically savvy and have previous experience in New Zealand.
To be considered for this position you will be an Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer with experience in ArchiCAD or Revit. You are able to produce a full set of working drawings and great renderings. You have great communication skills, and can work autonomously, even though you will be integrated in a multidisciplinary team. Work experience in Christchurch will be highly regarded, but not necessary as long as you have experience in NZ.
Please contact me immediately if you are interested in this position. However, if you are an Architecture Professional and are looking to advance your career, but this role is not of interest, please contact me on the number below to discuss several other positions I have available.
