Our client is an established engineering and architectural business, going from strength to strength and having been heavily involved in the redevelopment of Christchurch. Their design philosophy and multidisciplinary business allow them to match their client's requirements to the highest standards. Always looking for ways to improve, they are now looking to appoint a registered Project Architect to join their team of skilled professionals.



This is an opportunity not to miss if you are a registered architect looking for a step into project management. You will get the opportunity to run architectural new-build projects, leading the design team and overseeing the quality of submission. You will use your eye for detail and design knowledge to provide advice to less experienced staff as required, and your communication and negotiation skills to tender for and win projects. You will be our client's brand ambassador and ensure that their name is associated with the new Christchurch.



To be considered for this position you will be a NZ Registered Architect with several years' experience in a similar role involving team management and client contact. You are proficient with CAD Softwares, preferably ArchiCAD or Revit. You have a keen eye for detail and great interpersonal skills, are a team player and a hard worker. You either have project management experience or are looking for a new step in your career. You are based in Christchurch, or open to relocate permanently.
