This Hutt Valley based commercial organisation continues to grow and evolve. With a number of exciting Human Resources initiatives underway, one of the Human Resources Managers is seconded to a global Human Resources project from mid May. This has created an exciting job for a professional Generalist to back fill the Managers role for a six month duration.



Partnering with corporate managers, as an experienced Senior Advisor or Human Resources Business Partner you will work across employment relations, organisation development, and learning and development. Some experience of supporting remuneration (Hay accredited) will be well received as the organisation is about to embed a new remuneration system.



Supported by a shared Human Resources Administrator and working as part of the friendly and energetic broader Human Resources team, you will engage with employees and managers of all nationalities to ensure the business continues to exceed sales targets and is an employer of choice.
