Hays are recruiting a Marketing manager for a national college. This role is based in northern Sydney.



As the marketing manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day marketing activities as well as creating the long term marketing strategy for the College.



Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day marketing activities for the college as well as activities within the marketing team and wider business. You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns. Working closely with the College's Sales team you will enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with a sufficient supply of leads, appropriate tools and marketing materials.



To be eligible for this role you must have a bachelor degree in Marketing or Business (major in Marketing). Strong analytical and project management skills, excellent people management skills.

My client is looking for a strong leader with a confident and dynamic personality. Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, social media and community management is desirable.
