Our client is a large and complex organisation who require a Project Manager the implementation of a new Contract Management Solution.



Your role will be to develop the business case, requirements and scope statements ready for market and provide development, planning and execution of the procurement activities with the relevant industry vendors and implementation partners.



The Projects:



The capital planning / projects section requires a better solution to managing various aspects of contracts, including key contract milestones. The current approach is largely manual through spreadsheets and is prone to miss key contract milestones / events.



The project aims to implement a solution to better manage contracts across the organisation. The first phase of the project is to implement a legislative undertaking for a pre-qualification module with the rest of the Contract Management system to follow.



Experience Required:



To apply for this position you should be an experienced Project Manager with Prince 2 who has experience in the delivery of similar projects. In addition you should possess good communication skills with experience in stakeholder management at all levels of seniority, be a proactive, a self-starter and be able to work in an unstructured and fluid environment that is going through a period of change.
