My client, a global business with a small but growing operation in Australia is looking to hire a career minded Financial controller with a hands on approach to work. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing and commercially focussed team and partner an with an MD. In this role you will manage a small team ( three accounting support staff) and be hands on with the management of the financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, statutory and tax compliance and analytical review. You will be in charge of the cash flow management, fixed assets, bank relationships and commercial analysis of the business including KPI reporting, variance analysis and ROI analysis. You will also work with the global group and will report on the NZ and Asian businesses.



The ideal candidate will be CPA or CA qualified and will have some experience as a FC, ideally for a medium sized business. This role would suit someone who is looking to commit to a company and grow with an expanding business. You will ideally have experience in the services or retail industry and will have exposure to foreign currencies. Candidates must also be systems savvy and have strong Excel skills.
