Our client is one of the only Billion Dollar start - ups across South East Asia and they are aggressively expanding and launching a new ecommerce business covering South East Asia (incl. Taiwan) offering an exciting career opportunity.



This role will be reporting through to the Regional Managing Director and will take on the following responsibilities



One of the key tasks is to develop the overall growth strategy for the business in Malaysia. Leading and managing from an overall end to end basis including but not limited to P&L management, operations, marketing and business development. You will assume all responsibility for the countries business performance. Being a new set up you will drive overall team hiring, training & development and retention efforts to build a successful ecommerce company. You will be required to work closely with the regional teams to drive product localisation.



To qualify for this role, you will need at least a degree from a recognised University with 3 - 5 years experience working in ecommerce or closely related industries. Strong leadership, skills, strong analytical & logical reasoning skills. Work experience as a management consultant from top tier consulting firm will be an added advantage.
