As the successful candidate you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for people. You will be highly organised and have outstanding client and candidate management ability. Previous recruitment experience screening resumes, interviewing and consulting with hiring managers is critical and experience working within either financial, professional or legal services would be viewed favourably.
