Our client are a nationwide firm providing professional construction consulting services to the Melbourne residential and commercial markets.

Operating for nearly five years with a total of 52 building inspectors across the country this business has been growing at a consistent rate and the outlook for 2015 is extremely positive, hence the need for an experienced building inspector.



We are now looking for a full time Building Inspector / Consultant with a thorough knowledge of the building industry, to perform building inspections on residential and commercial properties in the Melbourne metro area including pre purchase and building dilapidation inspections.



To be successful for this role you will have the following:



Extensive experience in the residential and commercial construction markets.

Must be a registered builder

High attention to detail.

Communications skills of the highest order

Solid background in building inspection and reporting.
