The US based Global Leading IT Manufacturing MNC is a member of Fortune 200 Company, they design and manufacture storage devices, networking equipment, and home entertainment products for individual consumers and major enterprises. To ensure that the government affairs priorities in China are consistently aligned with the Company's most pressing strategic interests in China, they are now looking for a Government Affairs Director in Beijing.



As an experienced Government Affairs Director, you will assist in the formulation of a strategic stakeholder map according to the Company's highest priorities in China and design government affairs activities. You will monitor and evaluate public policy developments in relevant regulatory areas to anticipate implications for the Company's business and communicate such developments to key decision-makers within the Company. Meanwhile, you will develop and sustain relationships with U.S. Government officials in China. Also you will participate on the Company's behalf in trade associations and industry groups in which the Company has membership.



To be considered as an outstanding candidate, you should have significant experience in government affairs work at the central, key provincial and municipal government levels on behalf of multinational IT Company. You need to have a deep understanding of the ministries, commissions, administrations, organizations, and bureaus in China. Fluency in Mandarin and English, including oral and written language skills are also required.
