An exciting opportunity has arise for a 12 month fixed term contract as an Accounts Clerk, working in the heart of the CBD. There is also a potential that this role could be extended for a further 6 months. This role requires previous experience in property management and this is a non-negotiable. At the beginning of the role you will get the opportunity to work on the reception area whilst gaining an insightful handover from the current employer. Once the handover has taken place you will then work full-time within the finance team and will no longer be working on reception.



You will be working very closely with the company accountant and the role will include duties such as AP, reconciliations, debt collections, banking, invoicing, journal entries, month-end processing, fixed asset ledger, petty cash and undertaking all duties related to property management to name just a few.
