This role will report through to the CEO and will have the following responsibilities



In this role you will oversee 3 key areas, namely corporate affairs, public relations and internal corporate communications. You will be working closely with the senior management team to propose, develop and execute the group's communication strategy. You will be accountable for setting and managing the annual budget. In addition you will also be responsible for putting in place an effective structure to oversee the implementation of the CSR programme. You will be recognised as the expert thus required in providing the necessary coaching and counsel of management/key senior line leaders on communications issues.



To qualify for this role you will need to have a minimum 10 years' experience in corporate affairs, public relations and internal corporate communications. You will also need to have a proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies and delivering the desired business results. You should also have established pre - existing network of contacts to assist in pursuing best practice and delivery of plan.
