One of Queensland's major coal operators is now offering a contract opportunity for a Technical Writer with a Maintenance Analysis & Improvement background Specialist, to commence work across multiple sites, for CHPP Asset improvement projects. The role will see you move from site to site, focusing on all mechanical and electrical components of the companies CHPP assets. The role is suited to a resident of the Bowen Basin, is the role will require a Monday to Friday roster and FIFO or relocation is not an option.



With relevant experience in an analysis and improvement as a technical writer you will be responsible for improving and updating the mater data and other enabling activities across CHPP assets. Using your 1SAP and excel experience, as well as technical writing expertise you will analyse performance and update data in line with site requirements to continuously manage and improve the maintenance performance in safety, volume and cost.



To be successful in this role you will possess a relevant experience as a technical writer, with experience across Analysis & Improvement. Knowledge of 1SAP and master data is also essential, along with a strong understanding of CHPPs. You will possess a current standard 11 induction and a coal board medical within 24 months, as well as be willing to gain other required inductions prior to commencing work. This role has an immediate requirement so all applications will be processed as a matter of urgency.
