Vodafone Hungary is looking for a



Business Intelligence Manager

with data mining and people management experience



Role purpose:



As the professional lead of the CVM (Customer Value Management) post-paid Analyst Team (3+ people) the candidate should ensure that CVM post-paid activities are running based on accurate reports and models. Identifying and proposing improvement opportunities and practices for the CVM activity roadmap is also a key deliverable of the role. Furthermore campaign roadmap and activities should be supported by the latest BI modelling/best practices that is developed and provisioned by the Analyst Team or by a 3 rd part company based on the CVM Decision support manager’s brief. Monitoring of base usage and behavior, identify triggers and affinities for different up- and cross-sell activities and measure back campaigns return on investment are the main task for the analytical team.



Identify and develop new, efficient and customer obsessed way of targeting and operating CVM activities based on SNA and other CVM/CRM models.



Main tasks:



· manage and encourage the Analyst Team of 3+ people



· support all CVM activities with reports, analyses and insights



· identify improvement opportunities for CVM target group setting



· run reports to provide inputs for different CVM Dashboards



· develop and provision data bases, data mining and other affinity models to improve efficiency and customer focus of running activities and also to propose new initiatives to deliver financial and non-financial CVM KPIs



· Deliver P&L targets of CVM activities



· Deliver customer experience related KPIs (NPS)



· Deliver churn KPIs



· Campaign management:



o deliver target groups in time



o deliver campaign KPIs (conversation rate, GA, cross-sell, up-sell, etc.)







Requirements:



· 5+ years Data mining/CRM experience is mandatory



· 3+ years of experience in PL/SQL environment



· Experience in people management or strong people management skills are required



· Oracle database experience is highly preferred



· Strong commercial mindset



· Telco industry experience is an advantage



· SPSS Modeler 13 and Visual Basic experience is also preferred



· Fluent English in written and oral is mandatory



· Passion for quality and for best execution is also essential
