Role Purpose:
This role exists to ensure the operational delivery of Inside Sales Missions and projects. This will be done by closely managing an Inside Sales Team to ensure operational excellence, day to day management of Inside Sales mission’s delivery.
Key accountabilities
· Manage KPI’s and working with demand generation Sales Mission deliverables are exceeded & internal customers are delighted by Vodafone Performance & Partnership
· Develop, Coach and Manage Inside Sales to ensure operational excellence
· Ensure successful onboarding of new staff members
· Define and ensure personal development of all Inside Sales Team members
· Provide timely and relevant sales performance reports to Vodafone leadership team.
· Achievement of Pipeline and revenue goals
· Successful Delivery of Sales Missions
· Staff Retention
· Inside Sales team leadership in a telesales & Lead generation environment for a B2B service organisation
Requirements
· Degree level qualification
· High level of English / Italian
· Polished sales manager with excellent communication and motivation competencies
· Can demonstrate experience of successfully leading a sales team in a high pressure environment to tight deadlines
· Experience of managing in an outsourced environment
